Becca and Dave’s wedding day was full of so much colour! From the full rainbow spectrum of colour of the bridesmaids and groomsmen’s outfits to the thousand (yes, exactly a thousand!) hand folded cranes that were steadily made by friends and family for months up until that very day.
As Becca walked down the aisle with both of her parents, I couldn’t help but be emotionally taken aback by Dave’s reaction. Like him, I was tearful. What’s also great is, later, as they entered the reception hall, they broke into a dance number to the tune of Queen’s “Somebody To Love”. Ooh man, I’ll have to admit that was the best first dance I have seen. As soon as it ended, the festivities began! An 8-peice cuban band busted out their first tune and two dance instructors were cut loose on the dance floor for anyone willing to learn salsa (there were plenty)!
We also had some great friends, Matt Bell and John Ryan Flaherty running our pack film polaroid booth where guests could write their personalized messages to Becca and Dave for keepsakes. It was a hit!
